i got it before christmas and not only is it secure, but very well mounted. i had a good exspierence with this, dont know why the other guy didnt

This wall mount bracket is too weak for me to use it with confidence, plus it's really made for portrait orientation. 9+" tablets can't fit in landscape unless you put the device in portrait and rotate the entire thing to the side, which is much less secure (and ugly). I would return it, but for the price, it's not worth the effort.
